Gadget Asana  ( गैजेट आसन ) a discovery by kids

Yoga and Asanas are proven practices to improve our mental and physical health. If somebody practices yoga-asanas for quite a long time you can easily see the charm on their face, they are full of energy, having good thoughts, you never find them tired, and ultimately that leads them to success in their life.

You can practice one asana for hours.

In this age to technology, society has been introduced with multiple electronic devices in last few years. Computer's, Laptop, iPad, Smart Phones, Online Games, Tablets, and etc. Interacting with these devices for long hours is not easy, it hurts. These devices have become integral part of our daily life but use for long hours gives us headache, impact eye sight, and etc.

There are proven studies which tells us about negative impact of long screen time for both adults and kids. Sooner or later adult can realize the adverse effect, but the same is not true for kids.

Kids are enjoying the company of electronic gadgets, and a big relief for parents. Almost all the times they are surrounded with gadgets, even in dreams they fight for the same.

As we know using gadgets for long hours is not easy, doesn't matter who is using it. A kid , teen, or adults can't stand on their feet for long hours using electronic devices, they must be in a comfortable position to enjoy the moment.

Kids know a lot about how to find solutions to keep using gadgets for long hours and they discovered new set of asanas commonly known as "Gadget Asana". I have seen my boys enjoying gadgets for hours without food and water, and they don't get even tired. They go in deep thoughts and won't listen if call there names, they love to stay at home alone instead going for a walk with you.

Regular practice of Gadget Asana gives your kids the following

  • They don't eat if you take gadgets away from them
  • They can't imaging their life without gadgets
  • They don't taste food, just swallow it
  • It's impacting their mental and physical growth
  • They are getting mad for small things
  • Making excuses to keep using gadgets
  • Ignoring others
  • Poor writing skills
  • Loosing focus on important aspects of life
  • Loosing charm of childhood
